★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing artisan vibes and a thriving shopping district around it filled with cute clothing and jewelry stores, eateries, sports stores, and my favorite, Adidas. Not the best place for inline skating or skateboarding, but a great place to hang out with your friends. There is a splash pad for little kids at the park as well, and the scenic views have given me endless inspiration for various works of art.

Visited here in 2017, still fine and beautiful, but no maintenance turn it like an abandoned park..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanging out in a park in the middle of the night might not sound feasible in some cities but Taiwan doesn’t seem to have that problem.
The light works seemed a little plain to be an attraction. But having the environment is still a plus in a park with bridges and water.
Recommend a designer to oversee the project and plan a level of completeness that this space deserves. A little thought can go a long way.
