★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always come to Volandourai Spring Spa&Resort twice a year, long before the name changed, when it is still 春秋烏來, I have been here for spa regularly. the indoor spa consists of 3 pools, 1 steam room and 1 sauna and the outdoor has 1 pool with 41 degree which very suitable for winter. it is always a good place to come. also you can enjoy the quiet room when you want to take a rest. books, magazines, drinks are available there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the coupon on klook, used their warm spring room and afternoon tea. Good value, however certain areas are off limit to non staying guests. Can’t go to the pool side area unless u are staying there for the night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A luxury hot spring hotel in Urai. They provide room with tea time set, French Style dinner, supper and breakfast with your choice of Chinese style or western one. The quality of hot spring is very good with sodium hydrogen carbonate( so called beauty hot spring). The employees are limited but reasonably efficient to serve the meals. The staffs are friendly and kind. Overall experience to stay is quite good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a relaxing stay here. We enjoyed the art programming and the hot spring water made my skin and hair feel really nice. The dinner was better than expected but the afternoon tea and breakfast were pretty average. They also have a late night light meal option but we didn’t try. Overall a good experience with a beautiful view and attentive service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volando locates at the most beautiful spot of Urai, color of river is just too beautiful. Meal is not the the key but the scene and environment. Worthy to visit at least once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice and the service is just ok, well as the check in is at 3pm and check out at 12pm every min counts! But they let us wait because the room wasn’t ready, we saw the room like one hour late, at the end they offered us some wine as compensation. The room was clean and comfy, the view to the river and the hot spring inside the room were the highlights of the experience! The food wasn’t really western food it was a mix of everything. I’d say the whole experience is just average for what it costs, not worthy!

We had good weather - starry night and sunny morning - so turned out to be a memorable stay. Personalized service at check-in, very attentive staff. Special thanks to Johnny at check-in counter for his extraordinary service. Food was good. Even breakfast was 3-course ☺️ Applause to the hotel! ..stayed at Volando suite.
