新人 Sofia 服務態度不錯, 我問一堆問題, 雖然無法當下回答, 但都會很快問到答案回覆我. 目前為止值得給5顆星. 因尚未交車, 等交車後, 車子回廠保養過, 將會是下一次評分的時候.

回廠定保和檢查轉向異音問題,等了3~4小時,好不容易有接待上來說明車況,說車早已保養完成,也有聽到轉向異音但找不出原因,要我另約時間進廠留車檢查(需要一天) 再次進廠後技師陪同試車,只說了這是正常橡皮的摩擦聲,進廠到離開不到一小時…… 有檢查沒檢查不知道,內心感到非常敷衍…… 後勤維修真的有很大的進步空間

I was asked to make another appointment to enter the factory. Check-in (takes one day) After entering the factory again, the technician accompanied the test drive, and only said that it was a normal rubber friction sound. It took less than an hour from entering the factory to leaving... I don't know if there is an inspection or not, I feel very perfunctory... There is really a lot of room for improvement in logistics maintenance

經過了兩個月的等待,終於五月初在新竹揚昇拿到訂購的 XC40 Recharge 了。這次的購車有點峰迴路轉的感覺。從去年 12 月開始的賞車之旅,踩過了 1A2B2V+L 各展間,也試過了部分車種,其實最初的目標是輕油電的 小 MPV 或小 SUV,結果先訂了未試新車的 B 牌 MPV。原本被告知二月有車,但只進來了一部展示車,無法試駕。雖然宣傳資料蠻誘人的,但未能親身駕乘體驗,還是感覺不踏實。後來發現電動車的選擇變多了,遂轉念也考慮一下電動車了。考慮價格的因素,只拜訪了新竹 L 牌跟揚昇。L 的業代似乎主推油電,不太想推,也不太了解自家的電車。可以理解其衷,只能敗興而歸!回到揚昇,又找上了 12 月開始看車遇到的劉妃菲小姐。她還是一樣熱情地接待和為我們提出的任何疑問找出令人滿意的答案,絲毫不因當初我棄 V 投 B 而有絲毫影響。從 12 月到 3 月初,前後經過了好幾次展間洽談,兩次試駕和無數的 Line 討論,老婆和我決定退掉 B 牌 MPV,轉訂 XC40 Recharge了。 雖然缺料和戰爭也影響最後決定,但劉小姐一直以來的認真親切態度與清楚的過程,絕對是重要的因素。對 Volvo 車有興趣的朋友,可以找她服務一下喔!

From December to the beginning of March, after several booth talks, two test drives and countless Line discussions, my wife and I decided to cancel the B-brand MPV and book the XC40 Recharge. Although the lack of materials and the war also affected the final decision, Miss Liu's serious and cordial attitude and clear process are definitely important factors. 爆炸爛的服務,買不到一年的新車XC90,在路上熄火發不動,等了3個小時13:20才拖吊到服務中心,餓的半死,服務人員只回答抱歉,公司規定餐食只提供到13:00喔!目前只有麵包妳要嗎? 我們因為這爛車在路上苦等了3個小時,換來這樣的服務,volvo真的好棒棒! 標榜安全第一的VOLVO,在詢問為何會忽然發不動的原因時,只是冷冷的回應,啊就因為系統的問題啊,更新後就好了,就像你手機也會遇到需要系統更新的時候啊....重點是我過年前才剛回原廠檢測,這樣的回應我真的很難接受耶!
