★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the flat noodles and the meat with tripe. The broth wasn't too heavy and it was a satisfying meal. I was served by a young man who spoke English fluently, and I enjoyed talking to him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the soup of the beef noodle, soup taste with some Chinese herb, just like the Singapore famous soup with pork bones, but it cook with beef bone instead, while the beef itself taste so so.
If you like spicy the chilli source is something, but it will cover the soup taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you think the beef noodle tastes good here, you havent tried Gang yuan. Please go to Gangyuan for authentic beef noodles. The beef here are hard to chew, not too much meat given, also the noodles have a strange texture to it. Horrible service by the lady and asking for money upfront right after you order. Wont come back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Flavorful beef noodles with tender beef. I ordered the three treasures (tendon, regular, and tripe) with noodles for $200. Pricey and small portions. Soup has an herbal taste to it. Interested to see what the $960 beef noodles taste like

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best beef noodle shop in Kaohsiung city. Not the best interior decoration, but it's definitely worth a visit. No English menu unfortunately. It's a popular place for the locals, so it's usually full of people. Dress very casually, please. You don't want your nice dress dripped by the noodle soup.

The soup base has a bit of herbal medicine fragrant to it. If you like that kind of flavor, you will like it.
I also like their pig ears and other small dishes you can pick up yourself right next to the cashier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best beef noodle I have had in Taiwan! There are probably better ones if you ask the locals, but this is the best I had while travelling in Taiwan. No English menu here. I like how the noodles are not too thick like other beef noodles I had in Taiwan. Definitely worth a visit!
