★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 헬창들 여행갈때 구글맵으로 fitness다들 검색하는걸로 알고있음. 진성헬창은 그나라 gym을 가야 여행했다고 느끼니깐. 이용방법은 입구 로비에서 일권50대만달러계산. 3층엘베타고 지하철 옛날문같은데 입장권찍고 입장. 입장 우측편에 락카있는데 나무칸같은데는 먼저 선점, 코인라커는 10달러. 열쇠반납하면 한국처럼 돈 나오지않음. 한번열때마다 10달러ok? 입장하면 70분 타이머 똑딱똑딱임.시간내에는 출입문 왔다갔다자유. 보통 시먼딩숙소잡을테니 츄리닝입고 뛰어서 워밍업하면서 와서 바로 본운동시작 ㄱㄱ. 갈아입고하기엔 매우귀찮음. 그리고 마치고 그대로 숙소가서 샤워. 한국처럼 안갈아입고 현지인들 대부분 운동복입고 옴. 준비물은 수건, 운동화, 물통정도는 챙기고 입구 자판기에 카페인음료 프로틴음료 마프쿠키 등등있으니 이용. 난 걍 편의점에서 10원짜리 차계란 몇개하고 우유먹음. 밤10시에 문닫음
