外送員說他有問店家，店家說客人沒有買袋子，外送員再問一次說：客人買6杯怎麼會沒買袋子？
店家口氣跟態度不好的跟他說客人就是沒買袋子！
事後打電話給店家，吿知店家我有買袋子為什麼跟外送員說沒有？
店家接電話的員工說：ㄟ真的有ㄟ！
這可以在當下確認一下的事為什麼不確認就跟外送員說沒有？
