有個男生店員態度很親切,詢問了想找的商品,店員幫忙上網查了庫存,雖然沒有貨,店員還貼心的詢問要不要調貨?更或者急用的話幫我查附近屈臣氏有沒有庫存 必須稱讚真的很貼心~

前幾天晚上去買東西 櫃檯兩個女生從我們一進門就一直在打量 最後結帳時還用奇怪的眼神互看 屈臣氏有規定要長怎樣還是穿什麼才能進去嗎:) 門口可以貼公告告示 我們資格不夠就不會白目進去囉^^ 都不知道什麼時候比百貨公司規定還多呢~~~

櫃檯吳小姐的態度真的很差!詢問問題不耐煩(我的問題只是單純的本週六折扣),結帳後 連句謝謝都沒有 直接伸手要下一位客人的商品,就板著一張臉!自己也身為服務業不想刁難誰 但是我們去購物也不會想看人家臉色!不想一顆老鼠屎壞了整鍋粥,所以只針對此為服務人員!

開店不久約10:40左右,客人進店裡客氣的詢問商品,店內唯一的一位高個子綁馬尾的女姓店員,連正眼都不瞧客人一眼,冷冷的回覆沒有,客人問完向她說謝謝,該名店員完全沒反應,連從事服務業最基本應具備的禮貌都沒有,大昌店該名員工的素質極待加強!
