昨天晚上去的時候沒有任何客人,只有兩位店員與一位店內的櫃姐,我要結帳的時候櫃姐在和店員核帳還是什麼的處理店內的業務,另一位店員在整理貨,但我也已在櫃檯前拿著商品等了一段時間了,還是沒人理我,一句稍等一下都沒有正眼也沒看我,兩個在那邊處理自己的事,直到我問了在整理貨的店員我還要等很久嗎,他才一臉面無表情說再一下就好,也是一句不好意思稍等之類的都沒說,這個服務態度會不會有點糟 所以如果我沒問是要等你們到什麼時候,明明有兩台收銀機

空間比較小品項少,想要的商品買不到。 資x堂櫃姐聽到要索取試用品臉色大變,應該是因為沒有要幫忙做業績的關係,諮詢和推銷時態度極差。會索取就是因為對產品有興趣又剛好看到活動才去拿,不試用怎麼會知道適不適合自己,會不會過敏,難道消費者去專櫃都不用試用,靠櫃姐的話術就能讓消費者付錢?拿試用品就這樣未免看不起人。 疑惑本人怎麼直到離開都還是客氣的,唉。 總結:不會再踏進一步。

只想問一件事,貴店有裝冷氣嗎?去了好幾次,覺得店長都很省電,上一次去有夠誇張,室外室內差距體感約五度,空氣非常不流通,站在風口下好一點點但是風不會冷阿所以只開送風吧?進去以後就狂飆汗,完全沒法好好看商品,聽到別的客人murmur說不行了,脫外套,這樣走出去以後溫差超大很容易讓人生病的好嗎?而且進去以後我過敏整個發作,不流通的空氣讓各種化妝試用品的粉末化學物質都悶在同一個地方,感覺室內空氣超級糟糕,感覺可以通報環保局去檢測空氣,可以請店長改善一下嗎?
