★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have told her i don’t have much time when i book the appointment and she told me she had no customer before me, and she made me wait for 17 mins for brazilian waxing, when i needed to be somewhere within 57 mins which was not enough for a detailed waxing, and the traffic time. the most terrible thing of she was she was giggling with the customer who came out from the room and gave me stare after the giggle, it showed no respect. not going to this one anymore
