等待快篩被告知現場要等1至1個半小時，因了解醫護辛勞，疫情正熱，人員也許不足，所以我中間完全沒有催促。反而超過兩個多鐘頭時，急診的警衛主動說不好意思今天急診人較多。 在等了超過3個鐘頭後去詢問，護理師才冷冷地說「機器壞了要修」、「要等多久不知道」，3個小時完全不告知一聲情況就算了，態度也不懂在差什麼，問她問題，她回「妳去問政府呀」⋯⋯ 但就在10分鐘後，突然就來告知篩檢結果？？？那到底是人多還是機器壞呢，總之，非常傻眼西園醫院的作業流程和部份人員的態度，建議大家若要快篩，還是去國泰仁愛醫院吧，半個鐘頭內就能好。

家人長期在西園醫院的洗腎室治療，醫護人員每天清晨6點多就開始幫病人服務，直到傍晚5.6點才結束，日復一日的辛勤努力工作，以最親切的態度，迎接每一位病人，感謝洗腎室每一位醫護人員的付出，感謝醫護人員的專業，感謝你們每一天的守護，讓我們的家人得以受到良好的照顧，非常感謝！

2021在西園醫院跨年，因心血管問題住院，在住院期間，受到5樓護理站的眾多醫護天使的細心照料，也很感謝主治的“郭院長”醫師的醫療神技，使在下敝人我順利的康復，在此由衷的感謝這次照護我的醫療團隊，謝謝你們。

現在才知道來西園醫院打新冠肺炎疫苗服務真好，人員都很親民與會說明，從報到區》填寫資料區》醫生問診區》 注射區》 觀察區，最后叫你喝水，很感恩西園醫院。大家快來打喔！

志工服務非常親切、熱心 網路初診掛號的號碼不是真的 要先去櫃檯報到並填寫資料 會給你一個資料夾，拿到掛號的診間 交給護理長並插入健保卡才算完成 覺得相對來說空間比較小 而且天花板有點矮 給人一種狹窄的感覺 對某科的醫生，醫術沒太大問題 但覺得動作比較粗魯⋯⋯ 開藥還開普拿疼給我 其實不太需要

Very long waiting time, especially if you passed your number or for certain popular doctors. The registered nurse's attitude is ok. Public restrooms available. Emergency service available. Medicine serve speed is pretty fast. Bus stops are in walking distance. No MRT nearby (need to transfer by bus or taxi).

Im an Australian tourist in Taipei that fell sick and got forwarded to this hospital by hotel. Waiting times are pretty reasonable. Most of staff can speak English and the nurses/ doctors are friendly. Note: Any tourist that seeks treatment at this hospital must bring their passport and at the queueing ticket machine select the registration button. Wait for your number to be shown.

I, 施偉順 (Overseas Chinese from Philippines) sincerely Thank General Surgeon Doctor Zhang Qianruo (張謙若 醫師 - 一般外科) for operating my Chronic Appendicitis at Xiyuan Hospital (西園醫院) (A Doctor who left me a good memory - a good incision made by a well-experienced Surgeon). Operated on May 12, 2020 Tuesday; after some examination i. e.  Xray, EKG, Blood Test, at 11:40am upon entering the operating room before operation having a short talk with my Anesthesiologist, after operation staying a few minutes in the Recovery Room before I am sent to patient hospital ward. Based on my physical condition the next night I am allowed to eat normal diet. How good really is that my chronic appendicitis have been removed; chronic appendicitis when the pain attacked it really painful, much painful than the newly operated wound. In my case sad to say that X-ray alone can not detect appendicitis. Thanks to Gastroenterologist Doctor Chén Hóngshēng (陳宏昇 醫師 - 腸胃内科) scheduled me for my First Time CT Scan examination on March 18; on the same day at 7pm I received a phone call with CT scan result of "Acute Appendicitis with Abscess Formation" and advise me to talk to General Surgeon as soon as possible. The next day afternoon hospital confinement for Intravenous (IV) and Oral Medication until March 23. I also want to thank my Employer (my boss with big strong heart) Mr. Chén Jinróng (陳進榮 老闆) for visiting me on May 14 Thursday 2:30pm, upon seeing me he gave an Angpao (Red Envelope with 6200NT cash), 2 boxes bird nest (燕窩 - 12 bottles in all) and 6 apples. Thanks also to 阿姨 who watched over me for 2 days right after my operation. Thanks to Nurses for changing my Intravenous (IV) Medications (點滴) at regular time interval, for daily Cleaning Surgical Wound, for Checking Blood Pressure and Temperature. Staying in the hospital for few days makes me feel a little bit shy because most nurses are awesome pretty and kind to the patient. The main purpose of medical insurance is to receive the best medical care without any strain on finances. Health insurance plans offer protection against high medical costs. It covers hospitalization expenses, medical examination (Blood Test, X-ray, CT scan..), surgery/operation, dental, vaccines, medicine, Newborn or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU - an intensive care unit designed for premature and ill newborn babies), etc.. Thanks to my wife 施妮卡 for continuing cleaning my surgical wound at home. For patiently taking good care our four-year-old twin and doing all household chores during my absence. While staying at home for full recovery, on May 20 I can do all my daily routine work and able to lift a child weighing 15.5 kg, I can ride scooter on the way to the hospital clinic to remove my stitches. Back to work on May 23 Saturday as overtime but very careful to exert force not to stretch my sutures. 臺灣萬萬歲！To God All Praise And Glory.
