S	S.F Hsieh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 茶本身沒話說❤️ 櫃上人員有位對於茶葉介紹很足（一位女性人員喔）值得改善的是，一，消費無法補登進會員帳號，不過大櫃卻未在結帳前或當時提醒是否需加入會員。或許是流程上教育訓練不夠，或者加入需填資料太多，其實櫃員沒時間等客人填完。二是，結帳完已離開，專櫃方用微風會員電話資料通知：信用卡簽單忘記給我簽名了。同樣是人員作業教育訓練這類問題喔！可惜！ The tea itself has nothing to say ❤️ There is a person on the counter who is very good about tea introduction (a female person) What is worthy of improvement is that, first, consumption cannot be re-registered into the member account, but the big cabinet did not remind whether to join the member before or at the time of checkout. A	ANNIE LIU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前去店裡面選購茶葉店員態度很好也很熱心介紹我這款早餐茶，泡出來的味道，和市面上茶包香氣差很多，以前不太喜歡Earl Grey 的味道，但是喝過Whittard 的Earl Grey 整個改觀了，最近天氣陰冷的午後，泡一杯熱熱的英式茶，真的好享受，非常高興店員介紹我這款茶，記得要試喝看看再購買 I went to the store to buy tea before.
