Because the landlord can freely enter and exit our building! Check-out time is eleven o'clock the next day! But I was awakened by the boss who rushed up at nine or ten (yes! The boss ran in by himself again ??‍♀️ just didn't rush into the room), the reason was because I had to move the car! ! ! But you agreed to stop there the night before? Then I packed my luggage and went downstairs, and I was greeted by the boss with 2 or 3 aunts who were already cleaning them! ! And my pair of eco-friendly chopsticks is gone! And there is no prior notice that I will come to clean up the homestay seven or eight in the morning! Our original shoes were all received in the shoe cabinet at the door without knowing it, and I almost lost two pairs of shoes because of this! I don’t know why FB’s rating is so high, and I have never left such a rating! This is my first time! Because I have never stayed in a homestay with such a bad feeling like this time! I hope that the tenants who are coming should choose carefully... Renting the whole building is not a good choice, because there is no safe and private space to live in! The quality of the entire accommodation is greatly reduced

The landlord has to take these things to another guest house next door. We can understand it, but the mood is not very comfortable, and our door is not locked (the landlord asked us if we need it, But because we all know each other, we say no), so that the landlord keeps going in and out, and if something is missing, it will be unreasonable. What made us the most unbearable was that the landlord came with a few cleaning aunts at nine o'clock the next morning, and began to collect the things in the living room on the first floor. We only checked out at 11 o'clock, and also said that there was no need to prepare breakfast. Shouldn’t we start cleaning and tidying up after we check out at 11 o’clock? We will clean up at 9 o’clock, and the landlord will knock on the door after 9 o’clock and ask us to move the car because it blocks the way they want to clean?? The balance of the payment is also 9 o’clock When we see more, we keep asking, "Aren't we checking out at 11 o'clock? Can't we deal with it together at 11 o'clock? We are always asking for the balance when we are still sorting out, which really makes us very unbearable. When I cleaned up the living room on the next floor at ten o'clock, I saw a living room that had been half cleaned. It also shocked me to see a few aunts I didn’t know. Didn’t I still check out? ? The tenants hadn’t even cleaned up the aunt and started sorting it out, so how do we know which ones are ours? Some of the chopsticks brought by a friend were taken away by the aunt. In the end, I didn’t know if they were thrown away or what, and they disappeared out of thin air.... The chopsticks that were originally on the table in the living room disappeared, and I was speechless. All the shoes we had in the house were taken to the outside shoe cabinet, because we were about to drag the living room on the first floor, but it was only after ten o’clock at that time... We haven’t checked out yet..., let’s talk about it. The first floor is a public place, which can be used but is not the scope of the private building. These should be clearly stated in advance to avoid misunderstandings. Maybe the landlord would do this for his reasons, but maybe we have different perceptions of private housing. We didn’t enjoy any peace of mind and happy holiday mood. We just felt that we were repeatedly disturbed and disrespected. Many things can be done. Communicate beforehand, not clarify misunderstandings afterwards.
