Great diving instructors with many years of experience who know all the beautiful spots❤ Both sisters are fluent in English, so no worries if one's Chinese is not thaaat great:) The hostel is located right behind the old street in a quite side alley. The bus station and 7/11 are not even 2min walk away, which is very convenient.

I went diving with Sarah, one of the owners, and had definitely a good time. I didn’t have to worry that I am a newbie, Sarah took good care of me, making sure I did do the steps accurate to advance my skills! The hostel is also located in the busiest area in Hungchung! Highly recommended!

Wonder Ocean is one of the best parts of my recent cycling trip around Taiwan. I checked in without really paying attention to the name, so I was surprised when I arrived to see one of the dive instructors just returning from a dive. I decided I was definitely going on a discovery dive the next morning. Sarah and Rene were very friendly and included me in their dinner plans two nights in a row! I felt at home and had a great time. The hostel itself is clean, comfortable, and has a very relaxed vibe. It's very conveniently located in the middle of Hengchun and you can walk to anywhere in town easily. I'll definitely be staying here on my next visit to Pingdong!

My friend recommended this school to me and I haven't regretted it for a second. When I arrived in the evening, Sarah and her sister gave me a very warm and friendly welcome. I immediately felt at home and was highly motivated to start my dive (Open Water Diver PAD) the next day. I did my course together with another student, so in total we were two students and the diving instructor Sarah. It was an ideal group size and at no moment I felt bored. The next day, after a theoretical introduction, it started relaxing in the swimming pool, where Sarah taught us all techniques in detail and highly motivated. Then we went into the sea for the next two days. Two fantastic dives a day, followed by theory lessons. At the end then the exam, which we passed thanks to the great preparation. Sarah led the course excellently! It was a great experience that I can only recommend to everyone. Thanks a lot for the amazing time!

Great location, sweet owner, and comfy room! Couldn't have asked for more! I'll be sure to stay here again next time I'm in the area (and certainly will come back here to go diving)!!

A home away from home is how I feel every time I visit. Owner Rene and her sister Sarah are super friendly and professional PADI scuba diving coach. They also speaks fluent English and take great photos for you underwater. Located in the heart of Hengchung which is convenient for people arrive by bus or self drive. Various restaurants nearby. Breakfast is provided. Better to reserve in advanced but walk ins are also welcome.

The hosts and dive instructors are amazing. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to get their scuba certification or go diving in the area.
