Located on the south side of Jibei Island near the visitor center on the west side of Jibei Wharf, the wooden fish stone Gandang base is made of basalt and it says "The sun and moon in the west of the sea" on the top. The stone carvings are built on the top and the special wooden fish shape is silently erected on the west side of Jibei Fish Harbor to guard the Jibei. The symbol of Yu is also a landmark for entering and leaving Jibei Pier.

The Oriental Longma Stone Gandang is one of the five great stone Gandang in Jibei. It is the east of the Jujibe Wharf. The Shi Gandang faith is like the Golden Gate Wind Lion. On Jibei Island, there are two special-shaped stone gangtangs: one with a "bowl" shape, and the other with a "muyu" shape stone gangtang, standing on the east and west sides of the pier.
