環境舒適乾淨,完全不會像連鎖健身房一樣推銷有的沒的,好的教室和好的教練,才會有想持續運動的動力。 教練們都非常專業且親切,會根據學生的狀況調整訓練課程,雖然會笑著加我重量,或是你好棒再多做一下這類的情況從沒斷過,真的是好累,簡直就是一群披著小鮮肉外衣的魔鬼,但教練們是真的是很用心在幫助學生持續進步、鍛鍊更健康的身體。 特別推一下我的教練老莊,會從生活習慣幫助學生了解自己的身體狀況,並針對問題加強訓練或給予建議,這幾年的訓練讓我在其他運動的表現更加進步了。

在強大上課三年多了,除了增加肌力與體能之外,最重要的是將日常中控制身體的能力變好、姿勢更正確。這裡每一位教練都有專長的運動項目,而且持續在精進,他們就像寶藏庫一樣,有聊不完的知識與經驗分享。 我很推薦Amis教練和老莊教練。 Amis教練清楚規劃學員長期的學習,以4週為單位,搭配學員身體的變化,讓訓練更有效率。他看起來溫柔,但其實會有堅定的要求?這樣的訓練方式,讓我常驚覺自己在不知不覺中進步,感覺很不錯。另外,我曾經在日本滑雪摔傷,教練遠端教我怎麼處理,回來之後循序漸進看著我的情況調整訓練的方式,我在兩三個月內又回到訓練正軌,我覺得很厲害。 老莊教練的課表總能迅速提升學員體能,還有針對學員再白癡的問題,他總有解答。老莊教練教如何呼吸非常扎實,這在日常和運動中受用無窮。
