Counter staffs sent warm welcomes when enter, made me excited and felt energetic throughout my leg day. Met a personal trainer(name can't recall) stressfully attempting to sell me training sessions, I felt I was treated very disrespectfully when he pointed out my posture while I was squatting .

Terrible customer service managed by managers who has no concept how to properly train her employees. Just an overview on the review, don't expect the same 4star service which are all rated by their own employees on Google maps. Came here after recommended by a friend who has signed up but has no workout buddy. Was told she called the sales incharge of handling new signups and told the sales my buddy and I are all trying out on Monday. Was told the price was NT988/month for 3 year contract and NT1,088/month for 2 years before arrival so went with great expectations. Upon arrival they couldn't find the sales who my buddy recommended, which took them 15 mins to find a replacement (Jerry). We then told the replacement we are here because of the said price and wish to have the 7 days trial. He understands then start showing us around the place. This is when the nightmare starts. Upon touring the mens change room, he explains the only locks allowed are key locks and numerical locks are forbidden. However when I mentioned I only brought the numerical lock can I use it only for today? He replied NO and will cut it if the second I put it on. My sharp eye buddy noticed most lock behind us are all numerical locks and pointed it out. The replacement then said oh ok well I will let you guys use it only for today. This was outrageously retarded. Already provided with half half customer service we arrived at the desk where he explains we won't be able to try out today and the price is NT1,688/month for 3years and NT2,088/month for 2 years. Reason is because he felt like that's what he wishes to provide and that we can either take the deal or leave it.To top of the cherry he said trial requires a 24hr heads-up. That was the last straw for us. We immediately told him to get him manager. His manager Vanness came along and repeated exactly what Jerry said earlier and said Jerry did nothing of fault. This is where he asked whether we booked the appointment before heading. Showing him the text as proof we did setup the appointment he reluctantly admit we did made the appointment and they he will allow us to try out today. Furthermore he said yes we will give you the lowest price as promised in the said text. All through the conversation Vanness did not apologize for his sales unprofessional customer service, instead sided with him saying that he the attitude we give to all customers. Even the head manager a girl was made aware of the situation but did nothing to diffuse the situation. We were dumbfounded. For those wishing to come to this location please reconsider as the poor customer service and the way the coaches does nothing except for pestering you to buy their classes for absurd amount of money. I have listed the lowest price here, just keep in mind and don't get cheated out of expensive useless classes.

Rich and Jerry were the guys who kept encouraging me to hit the gym consistently. So I'm grateful for these guys. Awesome facility and friendly staff.
