報案說有凌晨有坐輪椅的人在路邊沒戴口罩也沒人照顧，不知道是否是遺棄。
報案時警察說是要他們來叫他戴口罩嗎？
我是怕是老人被惡意遺棄，
結果等30分鐘警察都沒來，
老人就一直在輪椅上睡到早上5點我還看到他，
直到6點半才消失。
警察不是報案就應該去看一下嗎？
