非人性化管理卻只會血汗員工。起薪才只有22k,付出心力卻遠不及應獲得之報酬,要求規定和定檢一堆全是流於形式的在應付和徒增基層困擾。福利待遇都變的更差,沒有未來前景和發展的公司。

說好聽是月薪,但什麼都換算成小時,年假喪假婚家等等,只有間接人員(8h)才算是人,其他的就……(千萬別把自己當人看),三思而後行跟燒香拜拜,歹公司也是有涼缺,薪水麻就呵呵呵!

只會欺負人而已爛到不行的公司,千萬別進去進去大夜會被駡得很慘....壓力很大..而且對於員工真的很不好...沒有按照國定假日休息強逼你做四休一...很不人道的工作 ..
