湯包皮厚度適中不易破，有滿滿的湯汁，不愧對招牌

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 偶然路過發現的店家，開在大樓林立的住商混合區，附近並沒有太多小籠包專賣店，這間店的出現格外引人注目。店內空間不大，座位也不多，但是整理得相當乾淨，老闆娘很親切的招呼著客人，看來這裡都是熟客比較多，口味肯定有過人之處，才能吸引死忠饕客上門。點了湯包和酸辣湯，因為是現蒸的所以要等上約五分鐘的時間才上桌。湯包個頭不大，皮非常薄，吹彈可破那樣，夾取時要相當小心，咬下去湯汁隨即溢出整個口腔，味道是獨特的香，說不上和那間店相近。值得特別一試，酸辣湯相當清淡，但是有一種特別的香氣，總之是間非常獨特的店，有自己與眾不同的地方。
