粿仔有湯的、乾的，其他就是各式黑白切，竟然有豬眼睛 ! 整頭豬都能吃的概念 !
五花肉 : 肉Q味鮮，完全嗅不到腥味，好吃 !
豬皮 : Q香膠質滿滿，沒有多餘的肥脂，處理得非常乾淨 。
粿仔小(乾) : 黑色大碗，白皙的粿仔，油蔥香輕描淡寫掠過鼻尖，少許豬腸點綴，這賣相、味道...讓大叔整個開胃 ! 滑嫩、微微的米香，好吃、涮嘴 。
豬血湯 : 料多實在一副滿載而歸的氣勢 ! 豬血滑嫩不腥，加上油蔥、韭菜與沙茶助攻，湯清味美，十來度的低溫，吃起來溫暖、對味 !
但等候時間稍長，要有心理準備 。
