9/14(二)我妹妹去診所看診時,回家竟接到櫃檯小姐來電說:「調監視器後發現你沒有付掛號費,請你回診所把掛號費付清。」我妹妹有說他很確定已經付掛號費了,但是櫃檯小姐還是堅持經過調閱監視器並沒有收到掛號費,我妹妹便專程去了一趟診所,結果又經過一番確認,才發現搞錯人。 第一,櫃檯應該第一時間繳交健保卡的時候同時向病患收取掛號費,而不是自己忘記向病患收掛號費,之後調監視器才打電話向病患討要 第二,就算忘記收取掛號費,打電話來的口吻也不包裝一下,說經過調閱監視器發現病患沒付掛號費,搞得好像病患是小偷刻意不給掛號費一樣 第三,調監視器也不加以確認是誰,認錯人導致病患莫名其妙被當成賊,還白跑一趟 這整件事太荒謬且明顯員工訓練有待加強,因此給一顆星 看過業主回覆,員工訓練你們自己慢慢改善,但櫃檯小姐還原真的是先不用了欸,連姓氏都記錯,怎麼可能詳細的口吻都還記得,笑死

Very nice professional dermatologists, assistants and pharmacist are fantastic. Definitely very kind and patient here. I feel bad that they even have to work past their closing hours. Thank y'all so much.

Just a heads up, they don't do appointments and you will constantly have to wait if you arrive in the evenings. They just don't seem to know what appointments mean. And sadly this service should be offered by doctors so you wouldn't have to wait so long for a simple little cream that... apparently you can only get if you go to the doctor.
