★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't find any cycle rack / secure cycle parking area. For a new transport hub that is very bad!
The nearby THSR station has one but hidden away and not easy to see.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ State of the art facility. Nice restaurants, comfortable waiting areas, and always clean restrooms. Parking is problematic though. Most are private and far from the station. Arrive early.
