★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of Taipei's rare dirty parks. You'll find lots of homeless or semi-homeless people, not that that it is their fault, or they have ever caused me any trouble - but it doesn't make for a nice place to bring the family. It does have functional bathrooms and cute cats which is something.

It is super central lpcation. So it is easy to visit especially if you stay around here.
If you want to have some quite time after traveling city. It is good for.
But still a bit noisy as there some traffic around here.
