我回覆店家說我的點菸器是不斷電的，我想要拉保險絲點菸器去接行車記錄器才能熄火斷電。
店家竟回覆「啊你就上下車都拔點菸器啊」
笑死我這種專業？？
不想裝可以直說，大不了換店家而已，但因為這種體驗爾後絕不會再消費旭益草屯店！

之前在這裡買的行車記錄器好像有問題拿回去問可不可以維修
結果店員檢測完說電池有問題要寄回原廠
之後就一直推銷叫我們買新的
後來自己回來測試才發現根本是車充的線壞掉
換了一條線之後可以開機電池也都正常
店員根本就只是想叫顧客買一個新的賺業績吧

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這真的只能給一顆星，去裝行車記錄器不到半年，後鏡頭各種異音，聯繫行車紀錄原廠之後，客服寄送新的後鏡頭支架至貴廠，並留下我的資料請我找時間過去維修，事後我過去的時候沒有一個員工有收到這樣的資訊？一個問過一個？？找個支架找了老半天？找很久之後找到了居然給我亂裝？技師一邊安裝還一邊怪我幹嘛直接去找行車記錄器原廠客服？請問：產品不是你們員工推薦給我的嗎？現在出問題了怪到消費者頭上？
櫃檯小姐及技師的服務態度真差⋯⋯

After looking for it for a long time, I found it and actually gave it to me? The technician blames me while installing it. Why go directly to the original customer service of the driving recorder? Excuse me: Wasn't the product recommended to me by your staff? Is the problem now on the consumer's head?
The service attitude of the lady at the counter and the technician is really bad...
