2.每更換兩次機油就會自動免費幫忙換齒輪油；如果自帶機油則收100元施工費，但不會免費提供齒輪油更換。
2.更換零件會把舊零件保留，並跟客人說明耗損情形和更換原因。
3.可以用街口支付，多少賺一些街口幣，滿不錯的！整體來說很推薦

週一再牽去修 師傅說換好了 結果一看根本顏色不對 還要自己反應 師傅完全沒發現 又要再多等一天再調正確的後照鏡來 浪費時間 真的是雷爆

取車時未說明此次保養更換的零件項目、也未給鑰匙，只急著處理下一台，點交態度隨便。因為付款方式為刷卡，付款後未歸還卡片，雖事後有來電提醒領回，但已造成困擾。
此外，店家會未經顧客允許便逕自在車牌上貼店家的貼紙，並不美觀也很難清理。
過去因為保養經驗不錯都固定在他們家保養，這次經驗後會慎重考慮是否再選擇昇鴻車業進行保養，此次點交有失YSP之水準，價格高應該是服務與品質的保證，但這次真的太讓人失望了......
