★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很爛的服務，充電椿說消失就消失，完全沒有良好的通知機制，點又少，差點死在路上。App聯絡客服就只是個笑話，只有功能選項沒有作用。感覺上支持這個品牌的我們就像是持續繳費的肥羊。重點就是沒有聯繫你們的管道，還要我聯繫你們，這樣算是真的有心想解決問題嗎？
Terrible service, the charging station disappears as soon as it disappears, there is no good notification mechanism at all, there are few points, and it almost died on the road. App contacting customer service is just a joke, only function options have no effect. It feels like we support the brand like fat sheep who keep paying. The point is that there is no channel to contact you, and I want to contact you. Does this really mean that you want to solve the problem?
