★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒效率，公務人員心態，推來推去，A叫你來補件(明明是你們整編資料不同的問題)，B說這不用來補呀，連服務櫃檯臉都臭的像大便。
It's inefficient. The mentality of a civil servant pushes around. A asks you to make a replacement (obviously it is a different problem in your compilation of information), and B says that it is not used to make up, even the service counter face smells like stool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 實在太沒工作效率了，光辦個土地設定，星期一早上10點多辦理，竟然要拖到下星期一才能辦好，詢問辦理人員，只丟一句話，案件太多趕不出來…實在是太誇張了！詢問別的縣市地政，都說2~3個工作天，我想，是宜蘭地大，公務繁忙，導致效率不佳；應該要檢討是否多招聘行政人員了吧～

Ask the processing staff, just throw a word, and the case is too much to come out ... it is true too exaggerated! Inquiries about land affairs in other counties and cities all said that 2 to 3 working days. I think Yilan is big and busy with official duties, which leads to poor efficiency; it should be reviewed whether more administrative staff are recruited ~

The Yilan Land Administration Building was designed by Dazang United Architects. The design concept is to open the public space on the first floor. In addition to providing a buffer function for visiting citizens, it also has the intention to use the space as a recreation and play area for the community, whether it is a railing or poncho. Both are very beautiful, but the actual function and rust resistance seem to be severely testing it.
