★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's opposite Yingge Railway Station and behind the Yingge Farmers' Association, you can see the blue-and-white paintings by Ms. Lili Yang, the famous Taiwanese artist on the wall of the Association's buildings. The observation deck is a small area with wooden walkway. You can go to Sanying Longyao Bridge and Sanying Heart Space Arts District by foot.
