★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no such a journey like this. Everyone who love Japanese cuisine will ask fresh as the core, and I do really had not only fresh of every bite just like sea to mouth but also tasted full of creativity from the sense of taste.
The chef put a huge effort on food mix and match (perfect match) to bring a special experience to ppl addict to Japanese cuisine and shared lot of the know-how on selecting and creating the flavor.
Of course, who bring everything alive with belief? The owner, a true believer within knowledge and love.
I appreciated that there is a place like this. <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here having dinner tonight, what an experience ! The restaurant is spectacular, brand new and the design is impeccable. I was sat at the sushi counter from were I could see Tony San doing his art. The fish come straight from Tsukiji market in Tokyo twice a week and you can really taste the freshness of it from the first bite. The service is spotless and always balanced with the food. The restaurant has a huge variety of sake and whisky from Japan, I tried a few of them, simply stunning. Local language, Japanese and English are spoken. A special thanks to Tony San, such a nice chef ! ありがとう！
