I feel so thirsty after finishing it, not because of the spicy because of I personally like to eat super spicy foods. I guess they put too much monosodium glutamate? But even yes, I still cannot find umami taste ? +plus the price is hmm not worth and the staff look always angry to customers ? which I don’t know why… (not because of I speak foreign language with them, my Taiwanese friend spoke mandarin with them) For the environment, hm I didn’t expect very clean so still ok, as long as the chopstick are not oily so. By the way, it’s listed in Michelin bib gourmand so, if you ask me, is it worth to traveling until here to try, I could say hmm yes.. because of the shop is located in middle of Taipei, still worth to come and try, then later you can walk around Dongmen to try another shops as well ?

We got there after 8pm and were lucky that there were no queue to get in. The beef was tender and broth was flavoursome, overall a good meal.

Noodle chewiness are adjustable according to personal preference, so is the savoriness of the whole beef noodle. Great amount of meat in each bowl, and great portion overall for the price. Strongly recommend this place if anyone’s looking for a legit bowl of savory rich beef noodle.
T	Taro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price of this bowl was 280$. I had the beef and tendon version. The place was packed at 11.30. Waiting time was about 5 min to get a 1 seat table. The broth is rich and flavourful. The meat and tendons are cooked perfectly. I cannot give 5 stars since the price of 280$ is literally more than double of another Beef Noodle place charged and it was the same if not tastier. Yes you get a lot of meat here but is it worth double the price....? The noodles were also a bit too soft for my likening. You should try this place if you're a Beef Noodle Soup lover and want a richer and spicier broth compared to other places.
