信義威秀一樓的分店店員不太老實,感覺有刻意隱匿一些資訊誤導顧客。店員完全沒提到白色玻璃滿版保護貼周圍會有白邊遮到螢幕的問題,貼完才發現。本來想自己認賠,沒想到更扯的在後頭,一開始我拿了標價六百多的樣本說要貼,結果後來回家細看發票才發現店員拿了價格八百多的,結帳當下也完全沒提到任何價錢。只能說這家店員不是很正派,去買東西要很小心,當然不去買更好。網路上其實很多物美價廉的保護貼,實體店面店員貼膜技術未必較佳,反而還可能心術不正只想坑人,大家務必注意。

連一顆星都不是很想給 內文很長,但是很真實。 建議耐心看完~ 今年過年前,我聽了它們家士林店店員的建議買了有保固期的保護膜。 店員說只要有刮痕或是有破裂都可以在保固期內拿來更換。 過完年後我因為不小心摔到導致手機包膜有刮痕,就拿去了復興旗艦店去做更換。 當天店員好心給我建議,跟我說我的保固期是到4月初,建議三月中旬或是快到了再來更換比較划算。我當下只覺得這家店服務態度不錯。 結果我上禮拜也就是3/7再次前往復興旗艦店更換。我與友人拿著保證卡前往。 到了現場,我表示我想要更換我的保護貼,接待我的員工表示我沒辦法在那裡做更換。因為我原本裝的保護膜是在士林店。 之後他轉頭問了隔壁的店員,隔壁店員說不分店家哪裡都可以更換。(我出發之前也有打電話確認過) 但是又露出一副不願意幫我做更換的樣子。 跟我說"你的玻璃貼現在沒有破損,無法更換" hello?你們過年後那次我來就已經有說上面有刮痕可以換,但是請我晚點再來。那現在我過去換,你們刁難是在刁難什麼意思呢? 該店員雖然之後有幫我更換,但是態度真的是差到連同行友人都看不下去。而且換完之後,該店員幫我貼的玻璃貼上面話筒的部分,是黏有異物。當下幫我黏完的時候店員並沒有自己發現。該店員也太散漫了。 該公司的員工內部消息不流通加上態度問題真的是很令人失望!!! (我自己本身在那家店買過1個手機殼、貼過3次保護貼) 希望大家前往之前可以好好思考一下,是不是要花較高的價格受這樣的氣!!

不老實的店,大家可以不用去了(怒)週六購買手機殼+保護膜,保護膜店員貼的時候就一直重複貼,黏性早就沒了,騙說是比較仔細,隔天就翹起來,週一拿去處理,又說是手機殼的關係,要我再換新的,我寧可再花錢去別家換新的,也不願意再受騙。

Changed my samsung S10+ screen protector here. 2 tries and 50 minutes later there were still air bubbles. Staff said that he has to remove the screen protector inorder to refund us the money. It's ridiculous how my phone is left without any screen protector now. Staff was very apologetic but very bad company policy. Don't recommend this place to change screen protector. (Shi lin Outlet)

A very good shopping experience with exceptionally good service and well designed phone cases I walk by this shop on the way to a restaurant as tourist. I got a few mobile phone cases from this shop with excellent quality and design! The phone cases seem to be from a Taiwan local brand. The pattern and design of the case are simply impressive. Not many phone case brand/design I am satisfied with, even from the originally Apple design. I have to specially highlight that shopkeeper who served us is excellent! have passion and provided a lot of advice and suggestion too. Help us to try the cases with our own phones. It really helps!! Will definitely come back again in my next taiwan trip.
