因公司在這附近所以下班來這保養,前後大概四次,第一次單純洗鍊條收費記得2-300左右那時候感覺服務很好,第二次輪胎被異物插入換了輪胎,大約2200-2500,坦白來說高於一般行情,但我沒想太多基於信任還是直接換了,第三次原廠召回,要換小電池我還是想都沒想直接來這裡換,今天騎YAMAHAEC05到這裡保養第一次感受那麼不好,一開始招呼的小師傅態度很好,要我先騎他們的車去用餐,等等用餐回來就洗好鏈條了,然後找一位資深的技師跟我報價,基於之前記憶洗鍊條度記憶約莫2-3百左右,於是跟這位資深技師說300,但這位資深技師用蠻瞧不起人的口吻說(台):「現在300洗不起哦~,現在要550了!」哦心想那就算了,自己洗花不用30分跟30元的材料費,500自己賺好了。我知道雖然電動車對YAMAHA來講是小眾市場,買了EC05就知道保養會比較麻煩,但建議多教育一下資深技師吧,口氣好一點說不好意思現在原物料上漲工資也漲,所以費用有提高,我想感受會好上許多。會給兩顆星基於之前的感受,所以多一顆星,但應該很難再過去保養了,總之謝謝指教

新評: 又來換輪胎,常來這裡換輪胎,因為這裡輪胎選擇很多!甚至功能胎也調的到,價錢又超公道,有專業設備無須倒車氮氣安裝。 本身對輪胎是有很深的信仰與習慣的,因為注重安全只用米其林或是普利司通,尤其是普利司通的全熱熔功能性輪胎,讓我雨天跟跑林道都很安心。 像是ML50:這顆網路評價號稱雨天抓力也超好的巧克力全熱熔,因為價錢跟耐磨度成反比(10吋一顆含裝要1600以上,卻跑個不到一萬公里就磨平了,人車重的可能八千公里內就下課了),導致很多消費者因為覺得CP值太低變而的冷門,很多車行都不賣這顆,但這顆一直是我後輪的御用胎且剛好有符合我原廠的型號,查了全網拍就這裡還能穩穩的賣著! BT39:也是普利司通的全熱熔,全熱熔好處就是無需什麼熱胎,且雨天抓地力也很優,本該選BT601的,但601沒有10吋的,所以12吋的車幾乎都裝601。加上BT39-10吋的胎完工也要1600以上,很多人覺得貴,導致39變的很冷門,來新昇輪想要的胎一次齊全! 其實當初第一次來的時候真的印象很差如舊評區,第二三次來的時候因為技師關係讓我乾脆當作沒來過不想改舊評,原因就是有次因為我的車是光陽車,ABS是自家研發的內輪式,那個技師不會弄,摸了很久讓我傻眼,很怕他ABS裝不好…。另一次是我本身有畫輪胎替LOGO上色的習慣,我想說先畫再裝,結果被技師催趕,畫到一半心情不是很美麗,但我是當作是我自己的問題,也許是我耽誤到別人時間,這件事我只放在心裡跟實際評價無關。 今天來我補滿五星(原兩星),首先說老闆跟闆娘! 老闆嚴肅但很好溝通,前天打電話問輪胎,約好那天就到了(先說老闆不知道我是誰也不知道我曾經有寫過評價,電話中我只有問輪胎有沒有貨跟何時可以換而已,假裝自己是新顧客) 闆娘還是依然熱情,會照顧客人還有飲料冰水招待! 重點是技師都換一批了,推壯壯騎XMAX的技師,他以為我是新車,後來看儀錶里程數發現我的車是兩萬多公里且快五年了(我是愛車保養魔人)他嚇到然後就聊起來了,也因為兩萬初了,我有很多問題要問,想問有些消耗品該不該換了,像是剎車油跟避震,他現場幫我測試給了我很多建議說不用換,我之後心理有想換的後避震跟火星塞款式他也都幫我去問個清楚,還拿來比對??很有心阿。 另一個沒戴眼鏡的技師就是幫我換輪胎的技師,技術好也不錯聊,重點是他問了一句讓我感動了,他裝胎之前問我要不要上色(因為看我後輪也有用油漆筆把字塗色)我就說我今天沒帶筆拉,上次還被你們趕呢,他就說"哈哈沒關係今天人不多啦,好吧沒關係,還好是前輪,回家不會難上色"但在我眼中今天客人跟上次差不多多,我覺得就只是技師個人的對客之道貼心度上差別而已! 然後舊評的輪胎平衡的鉛片也變正了(我本來當作算了沒反應過,他們好像自己發現弄好的)現在店越做越大間,多了一個重機部,除了來換輪胎,往後車子有精品改裝上的部份還會想再來看看! 極舊評: 有網拍店面 因為網拍才來這裡換輪胎的 進口輪胎價錢蠻實惠. 服務一開始很親切好聊 不過消費最後沒有很愉快 我在網拍詢問確認有含輪胎平衡(10吋ML50) 到場說沒有 給他們看紀錄 心不甘情不願的才幫我做 鉛片一片還貼歪 (以上都有存證) 後來因為是網拍買的 邀請互評天經地義 不回應就是不回應 不滿意要說 謝謝.
