意麵蠻Q蠻好吃的，但是一碗50元份量蠻少的，只有一片肉沒有青菜，CP值不高。

懷舊肉捲有古早的味道，老闆還特別推薦一定要嚐鮮，第一次來鹽水，就能吃到純手工的料理，真的很幸運。
鹽水意麵有別於其他的店，口味不油不膩，QQ的麵條是我很愛的，一定要推薦家人再來吃，期待下一次再來吃不一樣的料理。

☁️麵條本身沒有特別突出，算是穩定輸出的鹽水麵條，但湯乾麵吃起來也不會很油，麵類裡面有肉燥跟幾片肉。推薦小菜們，有宴會才會出現的八寶丸、或是涼拌菜等。
☁️用餐環境乾淨，品項豐富。有空調，是在鹽水點心城之外可以做的選擇。
