只不過要個清款證明而已,其他的公司跟他們要當天就mail過來了,跟你們要就說清款就不用理了,態度要多消極,就是有需要才詢問的,搞得我才是服務人員態度低下,花這麼多錢在貴公司,就這種服務態度?是奪懶?永久謝絕

我只能說不論是對保專員還是客服都讓我不滿意,已經5/30清償了隔天還打到貴司確認並且申請清償證明,說要10個工作天,沒關係我等,前天沒看到信件昨天打三通響鈴一分鐘都沒接,留言給對保專員也是不讀不回,今天早上在打去問寄信沒?居然跟我說再幫我補寄(很顯然是忘記了)...不管怎樣都很散漫..當初晚幾天繳費就打到我家人那邊去項討債一樣威脅要寄存證信函銀行都有寬限期 建議要借貸的人睜大眼睛了 好好理財不要走到這一步
