事前完全不知道需要繳稅，以至於不僅要繳稅，還有滯納金。詢問當時委託的永慶房屋仲介，說有提醒我們，但是簽約過程中沒有人知道，就直接請我們簽字。
永慶為了成交，不擇手段，事後更以我們已在合約簽字為由，拒絕賠償。
