★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/27號收到網路訂購的冰淇淋生日蛋,因為黑貓宅配的運送問題,造成打開後蛋糕嚴重脫落及毀損,第一時間打電話聯繫,接電話的客服小姐除了不斷的致歉,當下還詢問我是否要請快遞幫我們再送一個新的生日蛋糕過來幫孩子慶生,但因孩子要準備上課,時間上不允許所以婉拒.後來這位客服小姐說要再補寄冰淇淋蛋糕,並且幫我們升級蛋糕種類,孩子聽到後超開心的.
很感謝這位客服小姐這麼積極地處理,讓我的孩子沒有因為當下沒吃到期待已久的冰淇淋生日蛋糕而難過,真的很感謝她

Later, the customer service lady said that she would send another ice cream cake and help us upgrade the cake. Kind, the child is super happy after hearing it.
