★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上大概8:40就到郵局，一拿到號碼牌就直接走到臨櫃，不需要等待。感謝陳小姐幫我辦申請Visa卡，還有開啟網路銀行轉帳的業務，一早到郵局看到笑容滿面的專員就心情很好，然後很細心的介紹卡片的樣式和處理網路app的轉移，很滿意！
Go to the post office at about 8:40 in the morning, and go directly to the counter as soon as you get the number plate, no need to wait. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are 2 old ladies in postal services easily gets angry yells with customers especially with foreign people, they are working to serve customers at least they should be polite enough to help people with they're packages... if they are not happy dealing with customers they should retired, age is not an excuse to humiliate other people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great place for foreigners to open a bank account. It's just 10 minutes walk from the Immigration Center in New Taipei. So after you got your ARC, you could just walk to this post office and get your ATM card.
Keep in mind to spare at least 1-2 hours, because the process took about that much time. I don't think it's because the staff work slow, it's just that from my experience dealing with visa, arc, etc. Taiwan does a lot more paper work than other countries.
I did use Chinese for most of the part, however, I heard the staff could speak English and most of the paper work you need to fill in has English written on it.
