★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 農業發展條例第70條：「未經許可擅自設置休閒農場經營休閒農業者，處新臺幣六萬元以上三十萬元以下罰鍰，並限期改正；屆期不改正者，按次分別處罰。」
Article 70 of the Agricultural Development Regulations: "Anyone who sets up leisure farms to operate leisure agriculture without permission shall be fined between NT$60,000 and NT$300,000, and he shall make corrections within a time limit; those who fail to make corrections within the time limit shall be punished on a case-by-case basis. ”
