3.熱水為鍋爐系統，因此熱水費非常貴，洗澡最好不要洗太久。
4.有包有線網路，但是上載速度只有可憐的1~2Mbps(有鎖住)。
5.蜘蛛很多。

佛系管理哈哈哈哈哈哈
電費熱水很貴因為不是用節能家電
雙人套房的衣櫥設計很怪只能開一邊的門
收納空間很少適合物品少的人
隔音算差 隔壁看影片聽得到聲音 車聲也是
有人會抽煙
前陣子每天早上6.都有人陽台一直吼 不要抽煙！
如果冷氣可以換變頻這樣就可以給五個星

若租五樓，要注意頂樓房間上方是否有樓下商店(醫院或機關)的機器，運轉時會一直聽到嗡嗡聲、手放牆感受得到震動，差一點的從早上8.到晚上19.00，崩潰一點的從清晨5.30就開始了⋯管理員表示無法避免
