★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean public market. There are restaurants where you can have local taiwanese food. Can buy fresh fish, vegetables and meat. I cannot compare if it is cheaper or more expensive than in the mall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2-floor Building for the traditional market with air conditioning ;) and ofc lots of fresh veggies, meat, seafood, fruits, and other groceries and clothes. Convenient bus 83, 72, ...etc bus stops. Use the bus app!

After renovation, the interior is much cleaner than before.
And there are air conditioners.(*´︶`*)
The region of their areas is obvious.
The first floor sells daily necessities,clothing and some food.
And the second floor has vendors sell the meats and vegetables,and there are some eateries(seats available).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is now opened. Their renovation has made this place look great. The stalls are looking fresh and they now have a drainage system that works. The ground floor (1st floor) has independent stalls and very few temporary table stalls that filled the walking area previously.
The flow of people through the market is now much better and constant. There is more walking space. In any case, I love this market and enjoyed it before the renovation as well.
The lady pictured in Stall number 4 is my go to lady for any Indian lentils. I get Masoor Dal from her at a really affordable rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fun early morning visit here, went on a Sunday. Found huge selection of household goods, clothing and fresh market foods offered by kind warm people. The place was a home/neighborhood /farm fresh and handmade feel...seafood to fresh pork. The market is on two floors, most foods are on second floor....but the spirit of this place radiates our for a few blocks around...small vendors, selling eggs to a few things from there garden, to a sidewalk vendor of Hearts of palm, pork, chicken, flowers and more.
