★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stumbled across this "water-fried bun" eatery while travelling in Taipei and in the Gong Guan area. Must say we were impressed by both the flavours and the filling to bun ratio. Very delicious and hopefully will be able to come back another day when we visit Taiwan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a stall, there's no seating and there was no line when I went around 3pm on a Thursday. The pan fried buns are some of the best I've ever had! 15twd for one, I would recommend to try all three flavours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buns are exceptional. The buns come in different shapes, which is easy to identify their flavors. Triangle ones are cabbage, round ones are chives, and the ones with sesames are meaty. I personally recommend their chives buns. The stuffing is a mixture of finely chopped chives, fried eggs, vermicelli, and dry shrimp. In a sense, they aren't vegan nor vegetarian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ate here in the recomendation of the 'Worth it' crew and wasn't disappointed! The buns are large and delicious, bit of oil on the bottom though so bring napkins. Fresh soy milk, choice of cold or warm, was also on offer. Bun flavours are Chinese chives, cabbage or pork. All three were tasty, either the cabbage or the pork were my favourite.
Total spent $60TWD or ~£1.50!
