★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在上海工作很多年，以前上班前最喜歡來一份煎餅果子，後來這兩年因為疫情關係回來台灣生活，一直盼著想吃到這美食很久，剛好路過這裡看到很驚喜馬上買兩份，跟老闆娘聊著才知道她因為父親曾經待過重慶，在那裡跟人學習的手藝，因為工作關係也在重慶跟成都都待過5年，那裡的口味有認識台灣老闆帶回來所以懷念時還能去打打牙記，但是煎餅果子我倒是第一次在台灣看到，跟老闆娘聊天許久，真懷念味道，好吃！這是我口袋名單了

The proprietress chatted and found out that her father used to stay in Chongqing, where she learned the craft, and because of the working relationship, she also stayed in Chongqing and Chengdu for 5 years. The tastes there have been brought back by the Taiwanese boss, so she can go when she misses it. Da Da Ya Ji, but this is the first time I saw the pancakes in Taiwan. I chatted with the proprietress for a long time. I really miss the taste and it is delicious! This is my pocket list

買完過一陣子裡面的酥脆豆皮還沒有軟掉，一份的話食量不大的人可以吃飽，但價格也稍高。
有時候打電話會沒有接~~可能是因為太忙了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上次吃煎餅果子是在北京朝陽區的小攤上，真的很久沒吃了，這間在館前路麥當勞旁的小攤子我已注意很久，今天終於有機會過來試試，點了原味的，雖然這裡除了裡面夾的果子外，跟我在大陸吃的口味不太一樣，但搭配起來的口感還不錯，如能再加辣就更好了
The last time I ate pancakes and fruit was at a stall in Chaoyang District, Beijing. I really haven’t eaten it for a long time. I have been paying attention to this small stall next to McDonald’s on Guanqian Road. Today I finally had a chance to try it and ordered the original flavor. , although the taste here is not the same as what I ate in the mainland except for the fruit in it, but the taste is not bad, it would be even better if you can add more spiciness.

When had it in China, it was crispy both inside and outside, with nice fresh ingredients and some personal signature twist in it.
But definitively not the one I had from this store, it was soggy and doughy on the out and all the rest subpar the best......
