★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到攤位上剛好看到老闆在現包水餃，用的是食材產地來源通通都是台灣本地，老闆說完全不加味精。
蝦仁蘿蔔?超驚艷，完整一隻蝦仁，新鮮彈牙再加上蘿蔔的脆，超爽口！
茴香羊肉?也很強，有羊的甜但沒有羊的騷，雖然第一口下去茴香的味道超衝擊，可是吃完會回甘欸！超強~
鮮肉玉米?那個玉米也太甜
口味蠻多的，有20顆/40顆包裝，2000免運的樣子，也可以到現場買就是

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一直都蠻喜歡您們家產品，但最近這批水餃捏不實，一半數量全開口，煮出來變一鍋菜肉湯。有確認了不是缺少翻動導致破皮，是皮本身沒捏實。看著一鍋菜肉湯有點生氣，希望能改善，辛苦了。
I have always liked your products, but recently this batch of dumplings is not firm, half of the dumplings are fully opened, and they are boiled into a pot of vegetable broth. It has been confirmed that it is not the lack of flipping that causes the skin to break, but the skin itself is not pinched. Looking at a pot of vegetable broth is a bit angry, I hope it can be improved, it's hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次吃到初匡水餃是在花博的水餃大賞活動，一開始是被茴香羊肉水餃給吸引了，真的很特別，台中人常吃的青菜，上來台北卻很少見，果然不負我的期待，水餃皮超Q、調味也很棒，後續又嘗試了韭菜鮮肉、大白菜牛肉....也都很好吃^ ^，很適合不想出門、懶得煮飯的時候，可以得到大大的滿足，真心推薦給大家
The first time I ate Chukuang dumplings was at the Huabo Dumpling Awards. At the beginning, I was attracted by the fennel and lamb dumplings. It was really special. The green vegetables often eaten by Taichung people are rarely seen in Taipei. My expectation is that the dumpling skins are super Q, and the seasoning is great. Later, I tried fresh leek meat and beef with Chinese cabbage.... They are also delicious ^ ^, it is suitable for when you don’t want to go out and are too lazy to cook.
