My parents and I have just finished the 5 days and 4 nights tour in Malaysia. I am very grateful to Pinh Young, the travel agent of Shanghua Travel Agency, who is dealing with the crisis and is very enthusiastic about handling the size. I am also very grateful to the local tour guide ah long brother for his humorous and understanding. I hope that in the future, I will have the opportunity to go to Malaysia to travel with them. I would like to thank you for your 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 業務回覆態度不積極，出國當地導遊服務不積極，許多問題都需要團員自己主動爭取才會被動與當地飯店協調，對比其他團在各景點還會詳細解說的狀況，我們團彷彿是自由行…同時因為天氣影響取消許多行程，也都沒有雨備安排，最後變成在逛百貨？ 個人不知道是否是東南亞國家行程都是如此之安排，但至少個人之前出國跟團是未遇過如此情況…
The business response attitude is not positive, and the local tour guide service abroad is not active. Many problems require the group members to actively fight for them to passively coordinate with the local hotel. Compared with the situation that other groups will explain in detail at various attractions, our group seems to be free... Many itineraries were cancelled due to the weather, and there was no rain preparation. In the end, it became a shopping mall? I don’t know if this is the arrangement for the itinerary of Southeast Asian countries, but at least I have never encountered such a situation before going abroad with a group...
