★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首先要謝謝Tina 帶我們來吃這家老字號的火鍋店(竟然開了有20幾年!厲害!)之前就聽她說要帶我們去台北一家超強火鍋店... 這次終於成行…實在太贊啦,但台北有這麼厲害的火鍋店,我竟然一直不知道 ...而且,老實說真的不想寫這評論,因為一寫就要回憶,一回憶就完了啊… 口水啊啊~
身為一個資深海鮮愛好者,那我真的是想跟大家好好推薦這家超贊火鍋店,而且如果你跟朋友都喜歡海鮮,一定一定要來,真的超好吃又超值。基本上我們點的每一道菜都好吃(多虧有Tina 大吃貨的領路啊),老闆風趣好客,對餐飲事業很用心,於是對食材選擇是很講究。如果如果運氣好遇到他在店裡,恰好他有空的話,他可能會來跟你們打招呼。
我們用餐期間,因為老闆也正好在店裡,於是他有過來禮貌的打招呼,感謝客人的光臨。那我本身就是創業的人,也喜歡聊經營的事情,於是就說到店裡對於食材的挑選,我聽了覺得蠻敬佩的,特別講究,照這樣的選擇標準,他們利潤很小的。不過他好像就是一個比較浪漫的人(綁個辮子,看起來倒像個藝術家),玩重機、玩園藝(他種的玫瑰花很美,我們桌上擺盤用的花,就是他親手種的,竟拿玫瑰花擺盤,你說是不是很任性)、玩海鮮(挑選他看得上的海鮮食材)
以下是重點:
第一道海鮮拼盤端上來時,我們四個根本已經尖叫了啊,搞的鄰桌都在看(真不好意思,下次我們會冷靜一點)好華麗,導致有種捨不得吃、遲遲不能下手的感覺(當然這只是感覺,實際上是在等火鍋的湯滾了 XD),反正每吃一道海鮮四個人就在哇哇叫,嘖嘖稱奇,畢竟太好吃了啦。而且根本是好幾次好吃到忘記拍照了,叫朋友拍了傳給我,但他們也隨便拍,就光吃.. 總之好多沒拍到)
炸花枝丸必點、胡椒蝦必點、雪花牛必點,松坂豬肉我跟Tina都沒吃到(那一盤離我太遠,我跟Tina 在看眼前的海鮮時,豬肉已經瞬間被Wei跟冠鈞幹掉)所以基於誠實正直的原則,我無法點評(但他們兩個都說超好吃...太可惡~竟然趁人不注意偷襲豬肉...)、活蟹必點(我們點了一隻沙公、一隻沙母,蟹膏好多 and 蟹肉飽滿,煮完咬下去真是好吃到不行),活蝦必點(送上來時還活跳跳的)、蚵仔必點(好大顆)、鮮蛤仔必點(每一個都胖嘟嘟)、干貝必點(好好吃,肉一絲一絲的...)、小卷必點(Tina一直炒著說膽固醇過高也要再來一盤,用餐期間說了好幾次「我好想再吃一盤小卷」,你看看,這種連命都拋諸腦後的好吃,我就不多說了啦,必點!)生魚片也必點(趁他們拼命吃火鍋時,我趁機吃了好幾個不同種類的生魚片,讚不絕口,畢竟店裡挑選過食材,新鮮的海鮮做成生魚片當然不用猜,贊!)。
我覺得更誇張是他們店連菜盤裡的用料也講究,不是一般火鍋店那樣隨便湊數,他的菜盤裡豆腐講究、玉米講究(竟然用白龍王玉米,甜又多汁)其他菜沒問出來它們的出處,畢竟不能一直問啊,哥不是專業網紅,老闆也沒給我廣告費,我更不是來做研究的,我要吃東西的啦.... 況且問的越多,食物瞬間會被朋友們消滅掉,他們可不等我 XD
對了,吃到一半時,老闆還來教我們一些創意吃法,例如把胡椒蝦頭放到自己的小火鍋裡煮,胡椒蝦的香味會讓海鮮湯變成另外一道美味,很香喔,大家可以這樣試試。還有像是老闆自己造模製作的小蒸鍋,正好可套在小火鍋上,而且他設計的蒸鍋可以相互疊上去,然後就可以把鮮蛤仔加一點薑絲放進蒸,味道特別鮮美! 不只蛤仔能這樣蒸,蚵仔也可以這樣蒸。最後老闆還說了雪花牛的隱藏吃法,竟然也可以這樣蒸,而且蒸完不要沾醬... 阿娘喂,真的好吃!!
總之,真的非常推薦這家店,而且建議一定要跟最好的朋友一起來,跟最在意的人一起來;一起聊天喝酒,有美食、有好友(多好呀)。老闆與店員都太友善了,永遠都是笑咪咪的,週末客人多可能有時看不過來,但根本不用在意的,店也不大,走過去說一下,馬上就笑咪咪的幫我們服務了。其實作餐飲很辛苦,但我覺得這家店很多是老客人(或帶新朋友一起來),這樣的氣氛下,店員也像是看到老朋友的心態在服務吧。這樣真好... 「只做給懂欣賞的人吃」我想,這是真正做餐飲的匠人們原先真正的初衷吧 :)

During our meal, because the boss happened to be in the store, he came over to say hello politely and thank the guests for coming. I am an entrepreneur, and I also like to talk about business. So when it comes to the selection of ingredients in the store, I admire it, and I am very particular about it. According to this selection criteria, their profits are very small. By the way, when halfway through the meal, the boss also came to teach us some creative ways to eat. For example, put the pepper shrimp head in our own small hot pot. The aroma of the pepper shrimp will make the seafood soup another delicious, very fragrant, everyone. You can try it like this. There is also a small steaming pot made by the boss himself, which can fit on a small hot pot, and the steaming pots he designed can be stacked on top of each other, and then fresh clams can be steamed with a little ginger. It has a special taste. Delicious! Not only clams can be steamed like this, but oysters can also be steamed like this. In the end, the boss also talked about the hidden eating method of Snow Beef. It can also be steamed like this, and don’t dip it in the sauce after steaming... A Niang, it’s really delicious! !
In short, I really recommend this shop, and I suggest that you must come with your best friends, with the people you care about most; chat and drink together, have food, and have friends (how nice). The owner and the clerk are so friendly. They will always laugh at Mimi. On weekends, guests may not come over sometimes, but they don’t need to care at all. The shop is not big. Walk over and talk about it and immediately laugh at Mimi to help us. Served. In fact, catering is very hard, but I think many of this store are old customers (or bring new friends).
