★ ★ ★ ★ ★ excellent service. pretty large space, and great value for the money. i paid ~$70 USD per night, which beat out all the other hotels in the area. the place comes with TV, AC (very important in taipei as it is usually humid and hot most of the year), kitchen, in-room laundry machine, and everything was clean and new (including a swank bathroom). no noise, double-paned windows, great location one street from a small night market for your food needs any time of day, and two walking blocks (about 7 minutes) from the MRT MinQuan Station, 7 minutes from the MRT Zhongshan School Station. You can find them on craigslist taiwan for contacting (Layla was my service rep and was excellent in taking care of my stay. She's also quite a cutie).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and clean, monthly rental is much more pricy but the environment and the area are practical and very secure and easy access. Do recommend for business traveler or family trip, have Individual washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, bathroom, balcony, and there’s much more plenty of sévices you can ask them, room cleaning is available every week or days. Good customers services, will definitely come rent again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very well located full service extended stay apartment hotel. Near to a tradition market as well as a night market with a lot of local favorites. There is also a 24 hour grocery store and snack bar within 5 minutes walk. Two metro metro stations within 15 minutes walking distance. All in all, after staying here multiple times over several years, this is a great place for extended stays in Taipei.
