（111/2/6）一段時間沒去吃，今日老闆好像換成下一代。
1.才剛交代完要加胡椒，馬上就忘了
2.粥霸裡面料不少，但蝦子每一隻都有腸泥，咬到嘴巴喀滋作響….
3.（不確定是否有）記得以前都有油條，現在都沒有了，不知道多久以前沒有了
新老闆要上點心啊

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了粥霸，內容物有寫魚片，但完全沒有吃到魚片，透抽也只吃到幾小塊剪碎的腳，其他配料像豬潤也都是小碎塊，大小如果再小一點都快變碎末了，裡面還放了幾個蝦米，但肉質爛爛的，也有腥味。
不知道是不是食材不新鮮，粥整體腥味很重。
我之前在新埔吃的、公館附近訂的，都很好吃，食材新鮮，是吃了會懷念的那種！
但⋯這家不管是用料大小、新鮮度，還是口味都超有落差，原來每家分店品質，真的試了才會知道，真的開眼界。
這一次店已筆記。

I had eaten in Xinpu before and ordered near the mansion. They were all delicious. The ingredients were fresh. They are the kind that I will miss when I eat them!
But... no matter the size of the ingredients, the freshness, or the taste, there is a huge gap in this restaurant. It turns out that the quality of each branch will be known after you really try it. It is really eye-opening.
This time the shop has taken notes.

點了個廣皮粥，蝦子吃下去都是沙，粥本身也沒什麼味道，吃過很多粥店，沒有遇過這種的，我還有加玉米，玉米完全沒味道，希望店家可以用心一點…
