付了一堆洗櫃費,跟貴公司索取洗後空櫃照卻拿不到半張,台北高雄一起罐頭回覆我大概如下「只要收費都一定會洗,不好意思沒有提供照片,.畢竟沒有人願意用髒污的櫃子」,真是有夠離譜

這家船公司最誇張的地方在於,我們從美國出貨到第三地,先前合約直接跟美國 Norfolk辦公室簽,去年變成台灣區業務負責我們合約,更新狠狠多次喔!實際出貨後,BOOKING沒有套上合約,我跟台灣區業務說,讓我直接跟美國聯絡,她說不行,她自己一直傳信要求美國更改,美國那邊不理她!我打電話給她要她趕快處理,她竟然在電話那頭”大聲尖叫”,她的主管態度也很差,到頭來我還是找目的港客服經理聯絡美國rating把我加入信裡面,事情最後才解決! 當初自己堅持要做,做到大聲尖叫,抗壓性真的很……讓人無言
