★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這間綜合煎吃起來是偏Q軟的口感，内餡部分蝦仁約6隻，蚵仔約5隻，醬料鹹中帶點甜，整體吃起來普通，無特別之處。
 This comprehensive fried dish has a soft Q taste, with about 6 shrimps in the filling and about 5 in tadpoles. The sauce is a bit sweet and salty.

蝦仁有四五個 都是體積小那種
蚵仔是飽滿的
醬汁甜甜的不錯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 從四五年前第一次吃，到現在來通化夜市依然會來吃，口感屬於比較軟一點的。沒有在通化夜市吃過其他家所以無從比較，但至少這家是好吃的！
P.S. 大部分都吃綜合煎or雙蛋煎
From the first time I ate it four or five years ago, I still eat it at Tonghua Night Market. The taste is softer. I haven't tried other restaurants in Tonghua Night Market so I can't compare, but at least this one is delicious!
P.S. Most of them eat comprehensive fried or double-egg fried

都很好吃，用料實在，而且虱目魚竟然是一大半片欸！！！
煎類外皮煎的恰恰很好吃～
下次必定回訪?
