★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went there with a work colleague tonight. Totally surprised by the quality of the food. Beyond expectation. Not cheap. But the quality is up there. Very traditional Japanese food - done well. Will definitely be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Japanese restaurants in Taipei! Freshest sushi and sashimi that just melts in your mouth. I recommend sitting at the counter so you can see the chef doing amazing work behind the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit overpriced,, I think the temperature of their fish is too cold. Though their hot kitchen has lots of skill, I like how they are open late and their atmosphere feels like you are in a hidden spot in the middle of the city. Been to this location probably six times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My date and I were craving for Japanese food and we found this restaurant on the google map. We ordered the 2500nt set menu for both of us and thought that would be enough food. Turned out it was barely enough, which is fair, because it was meant to be for 1 person. That being said, we both weren’t very impressed by the ingredients in all the dishes. It honestly didn’t justify the price we paid. The dessert and fruit were quite a bummer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is for sure one of my fav in Taipei for Japanese food. Friendly staff, extremely good food (I usually do raw menus), and the collection of sake is pretty good. They also do snow crab sashimi, delicious. Price can vary depending what you order, or just go Omakase style at the bar. This place is for good food, not hip environment.
